About

I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's in my early 20's, and given medication to take care of my symptoms. Over the years, my symptoms kept getting worse, and the Doctors just upped my medication. I eventually got to the point where I could barely get out of bed without help from my husband. I was in so much pain. Everything hurt!!! My symptoms were getting worse. I was at my heaviest weight ever, and nothing seemed to help to get it off. I visited multiple different Specialists who told me I had Fibromyalgia and wanted to put me on more medication. That wasn't going to happen. That diagnosis didn't sit right with me. I ended up talking to my Chiropractor who suggested Functional Medicine. It was there that I was told that Gluten and Hashimoto's are not compatible. After 2 weeks of being off gluten, most of my body pain went away. I did food sensitivity testing and took out the rest of the things in my diet causing inflammation. I learned about real whole food for the first time. I learned what soy and seed oils can do to your body as well as all the other terrible ingredients that are created in labs that are in our foods. We decided to change everything. At home, we try to eat as much organic as possible. We only use Avocado Oil and Kerrygold Butter. We bought an Almond Cow and make our own almond milk. A friend raises grass fed Black Angus Steer, so we buy a full steer from him every year and only buy organic chicken and uncured bacon. I started to make my own bread with organic quality ingredients. As we were going through this transition at home, I was amazed at how many people I was meeting daily that had Celiac or other Auto-Immune Diseases that had to eat Gluten-Free. I decided that I needed to start this bakery, so that people like me, who were struggling to find good clean bread, would finally have a safe place to go.

Vision

Our vision is to elevate gluten-free baked goods from something people settle for into a first-class experience—delicious, and safe for everyone to enjoy together.
